Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible in creating robust commercial
strategies and go to market plans that help maximize growth and performance in
our priority channels (e.g. Hotels, Restaurants, Coffee shops, Universities,
Healthcare, Workplace, petrol and convenience). Working closely with NP
leadership team you will play a pivotal role is shaping the future of Nestle
Professional in Saudi Arabia.
Scope:
* Member of the Nestle Saudi Arabia/ NP MENA Leadership Team
* Drive Channel/Category/Brand plans and new Business Models to enable business and portfolio scale: (Coffee: NESCAFE & Starbucks; Food: Maggi, Buitoni; Dairy: Nido & Nestle; Confectionery: Kit Kat; Plant based: SweetEarth)
* Develop Go to Market plans and lead current/future Route to Market partners while ensuring alignment to the strategy
* Initiate & manage strategic business relationships with top-to-top key customers and opinion leaders in the Out of Home industry.
* Lead the team, build and sustain high performing mindset through coaching, people development plans, training curriculum, whilst ensuring a pipeline of talent for the business
* Drive local governance and ensure processes are followed (Monthly business planning cycle; Distributor management best practices; Nestle continuous excellence)
* Financial KPI's - TOPLINE / Organic Growth / TARE / TRADE and MARKETING SPEND
Desired Profile:
* Transformational and agile mindset is essential
* 6+ years in business operation and in leading people
* Preferably with Out of Home expertise - Foodservices Industry
* Solid experience in Sales & Marketing and distributor management with proven track record
* Bilingual English & Arabic
* Relevant University degree
* Solid Computer literacy
