Restaurant Supervisor
We are currently looking for F&B Restaurant Supervisor who will be responsible
for supervising the day-to-day operations of the restaurant in absence of the
Restaurant Assistant/Manager. To assist Restaurant Manager in ensuring all
staff adhere to Four Seasons standards.
Responsibilities:
* Train, supervise, and discipline restaurant staff as necessary for a smooth operation.
* Perform all opening and closing duties.
* Maintain sufficient supplies of stock to ensure smooth operations
* Ensure that sequences of service and service procedure have been follow up by employee without failed
* Observe guest's experiences in the restaurant and anticipate their needs.
* Maintain high standards of conditions of the restaurant through constant inspections, notifying those responsible for any improvements or repairs to be made.
* Maintain constant supervision of staff with regards to performance, product knowledge and grooming
* Utilize the computer system in ringing, printing and closing checks as well as shift reports.
* Assist with monthly meetings and maintains communication logbooks.
* Assist with annual evaluations and task appraisals on a regular basis
* Daily supervision of staff to assure smooth and efficient operation
* Sets the example for all employees in extending hospitality and assuring guest satisfaction
* Addresses employee problems in a timely and professional manner
* Assures ‎100% compliance to all service and product standards
* Performs daily inspections of front and back of the house areas
* Carries out daily menu briefings.
* Requisition supplies and equipment necessary to meet business expectations
* Assist with development of programs to ensure high level of product knowledge for all staff
* Effectively train staff to meet the established product standards
* Prepares accurate payroll records
* Constantly strives to minimize wasteful practices and ensure correct handling of all supplies and equipment
* Complete knowledge of Micros system
* Follows accounting procedures in handling of banks, cash daily deposits
* Participates in beverage inventory for outlet
* Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
