Job Description
Our client: A well-respected real estate and construction company in the
Kingdom is looking to hire a Project Director to be based in Riyadh.
Your Role: You would play a pivotal role in running a seamless operation
between the contractors, developers, and architects. Provide strategic,
technical, and operational leadership. Act as the primary project control and
liaison for all the key stakeholders. Advice on program and project management
from inception. Coordinate with partners and monitor progress. Engage with the
design teams, lead the project execution plans, and recruit a capable team.
Drive the best practices to ensure that the projects department strategies and
related strategic plans are developed and implemented, which are aligned with
the KPIs.
Must-Have: Engineering degree or MSc. in Engineering or similar + PMP with 15+
years of experience leading high value construction projects. Advanced degree
in Business, Planning & Design, Construction Management, Engineering or
Architecture is a plus. Experience in all aspects of construction execution
and management, residential construction preferred. Possess strong written and
verbal communication skills, excellent business, and technical writing.
