Job Description
Role
* Main point of contact with the client 's Contract Manager
* Based full-time at NEOM Project offices
* Reporting to Program Director
* Dotted reporting line to PMCM Business Line Lead
* Manage all PMC contractual requirements and documentation
* Manage PMC contract amendment process
* Organize and communicate AECOM's response to NEOM contractual letters
* Manage KPI process, review and communicate KPI reports to NEOM
* Review and communicate PMC Services report to NEOM
* Monitor Deployment and contract budget status,
* Escalate PAF, Timesheet and Invoice approval issues to NEOM
* Prepare any documentation required for internal approvals
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience in senior roles in PMC
* Strong Contract management background, contractual language
* Working knowledge of the NEOM Program
* Well organized,
* Very good writing and MS Office skills
* Able to present at high level
* Years of Experience: 20 years
Qualifications
Technical /QS Degree and MBA if possible
