- The Client Services Specialist is responsible for general day-to-day client
relations and office environment at Arabius. This includes, but is not limited
to, maintaining office inventory, receiving clients, and monitoring the
various appointments and sessions throughout the day. The main goal of the
Client Services Specialist is to enhance the client experience and maintain
organization throughout each day.
- The Client Services Specialist reports directly to the COO, interacts with
the Head of Operations, and is a valuable part of the operations team.
- Communicate with clients over Whatsapp, email, and phone
- Relay messages to the appropriate staff members
- Receive clients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed into an
environment that is professional and conducive to language learning
- Monitor Client Care email
- Keep an inventory of all office supplies and order when necessary
- Monitor daily appointments and ensure they begin and end at the right times
