• إدارة المستودع بشكل استراتيجي وفقًا لسياسات الشركة ورؤيتها
• الإشراف على عمليات الاستلام والتخزين والتوزيع والصيانة
• تخطيط الإعداد وضمان الاستخدام الامثل للمساحات المتاحة
• التنسيق والمتابعة على تنفيذ السياسات التشغيلية بشكل جيد
• الالتزام بجميع متطلبات تشريعات التخزين والشحن
• تزويد إدارة المؤسسة او الدوائر الأخرى بكافة الطلبيات اليومية
• استلام المواد الموردة وتسليم نسخة وفق الإرسالية لدائرة المشتريات
• توثيق المواد الداخلة إلى المستودع والخارجة منه
• ترتيب المواد الأولية بالشكل الصحيح داخل المستودعات ووضع بطاقة بيان عليه بحيث
يسهل الوصول إليها دون عناء
• التأكد من سلامة التخزين في المستودعات ووجود وسائل السلامة ضد الحريق
• التأكد من تهوية المستودعات للبضائع التي تلزم ذلك
• وضع بطاقات تعريف للمستودعات ومحتويات كل مستودع
• بناء قاعدة بيانات عن الموجودات او أماكن تواجد البضائع في كل مخزن
• التأكد من استخدام طريقة الوارد أولا صادر أولاً
• استلام وترتيب البضائع بالشكل السليم تجنباً للتلف أو الكسر
• إدارة وتنظيم وقت عمال المستودعات وتدريبهم. والاشراف على مهم عملهم
• المحافظة على نظافة المستودعات والتأكد من سهولة الوصول إلى البضاعة
• وضع مخططات للمستودعات وأماكن تواجد البضاعة
• التأكد من وجود وسائل السلامة او طفايات الحريق
• الاستخدام الأمثل للمساحات المتاحة في المستودعات
• الحفاظ على معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة والأمن
• إدارة مراقبة المخزون باستخدام برامج تخزين البيانات المختلفة
• التواصل مع العملاء والموردين وشركات النقل
• إعداد خطة العمل وتعيين المهام بشكل مناسب وتقييم النتائج
• إعداد التقارير والاحصائيات بشكل دوري مثل تقارير الدخول والخروج وتقارير

• التعاون مع قسم الجودة ومتابعة الملاحظات الخاصة بالجودة
• تولي مهام المرتجعات وعمل قائمة بها وتقارير عنها منذو وردوها من العميل وحتى
