• Work on Incident /WO/ Adhoc task for Application related issue, enhancement,
releases, create & follow up Bug to development team.
• Change deployment in Pre-Prod & Prod environment
• Attend Tab and Cab meeting and coordinate with the relevant team
• Provide technical support in resolving tickets focusing on P1 & P2
• Ticket Analysis and Support Doc (run book, SOP, Server details)
