Job Overview:


The Account Manager role for GE Digital 's Power Generation | Oil & Gas
Commercial Team is responsible for sales of GE Digital's reliability and
decarbonization solutions in the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Chemicals sectors to
ensure attainment of revenue and growth targets in Saudi Arabia.


In this Sales position, the Account Manager will be responsible for
identifying sales opportunities within existing and new accounts, drive key
activities, including prospecting, strategy and account planning, executive
relationship development and discovery assessments. They will work closely
with the other staff members to drive and lead growth in software and value-
driven revenue generation. She or he will partner closely with leaders to
drive the creation and development of an overall sales readiness vision for
the territory. This role will require a motivated achiever and self-starter
with the desire to learn and ability to quickly adopt new product solutions,
methodologies, etc., working in a team environment with Industry and Solution
experts as our software continues to accelerate the future of energy with
regards to safety, reliability, production, and reducing carbon footprints

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Meet / Exceed targets per month, quarter, year.
* Build/Maintain the territory's required sales pipeline for given period (month/quarter/year).
* Conduct prospecting activities and research. Gain access to new name business prospects. Find and stimulate client pains to buying activity.
* Maintain adequate contact with key people in key accounts. Correctly identify account potential for investment.
* Pick the right opportunities to work on and qualify/prioritize the opportunity in line with GED strategy.
* Learn and follow existing sales processes and effectively use Account Strategies to articulate specific sales strategies.
* Professionally differentiate our solutions from the competition at the right time in the process.
* Complete and maintain Opportunity Plans and Account Plans for opportunities and key accounts within territory.
* Research and understand the business drivers and organizational structure of target clients.
* Maintain accuracy of all information pertaining to opportunities/contacts/clients in the SFDC CRM system.
* Responsible for earning customer trust through value driven engagements and solid execution - establish win/win partnerships and deepen relationships.
* Ensure a professional sales experience for customers during all aspects of sales process including formal meeting agendas, written and prompt meeting follow ups of sequence of events and next steps, and as necessary, issue resolution in a timely fashion.
* Maintain a working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
* Formulate the winning proposals with commercial operations and leadership based on a cohesive strategy that leverages industry knowledge, the customer, and GE Digital products.
* Proven track record of sales success, achievement and enterprise account management a plus.
* Expert communicator, linking solution's benefits and advantages to the business and personal needs of the client by Individual buyer, reusing discovery content and material the benefit of all.
* Expectation of a willingness to travel to customer locations and GE offices at to fulfill duties.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's Degree in Business, STEM or related discipline.
* ‎4-‎8 years' experience in software sales, management consulting, or strategic planning.
* Fluency in verbal and written Arabic and English.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence across all organizational levels.
* Fast learner willing to learn the complete GE Digital portfolio and offerings.
* Self-Starter with the desire to learn and ability to quickly adopt new product solutions, methodologies, etc.
* Identifies and prioritizes critical resources needed to further the sales effort, negotiating with all client and internal stakeholders.
* Strong personal integrity and professional standards.
Desired Characteristics:
* Masters/Graduate Degree preferred.
* Passion for the environment and clear thoughts on how you can contribute to the energy transition.
* Asset Intensive industry knowledge a plus.
* Decarbonization, Energy Transition, Downstream Oil & Gas, Chemical, and/or Metals/Mining experience.
* Thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments. Preference for a constant state of change.
* High energy, participatory style.
* Fast learner; Creative doer; Have a bias for action.
