Partner with the best
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will ensure that we efficiently support
the post-sales customer issue. You'll oversee the repairs is involved in
discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes,
procedures, and ways of working.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
* Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries.
* Conducting mechanical inspections and using moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
* Aiding in the analysis of recurring failures or damaged parts.
* Being familiar with the client 's process for compliance/escalation to ensure that the proper process is followed.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Technical Qualification from an accredited university or college.
* Have at least ‎4+ years' relevant experience in well intervention with ‎2+ years of hands-on field experiences.
* Familiar with casing exits/whipstocks (Hydraulic & mechanical), and Big Hole Conventional Fishing
* Be a motivated self-starter with a result, oriented mindset, have the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
* Be confident, flexible, adaptable, and work efficiently under stress when required.
