About the Graduate Engineering Trainee Program

The GET program is developed to give graduates the opportunity to rapidly
develop in AkzoNobel and Manufacturing Function, while having an international
experience.
During this ‎2-year program, you will receive on-the-job training across
diverse assignments in different areas: continuous improvement, project
engineering, process engineering, production planning and/or reliability
engineering.
Following this program, job holder will have the opportunity to be deployed to
another site within AkzoNobel.
You will:
* Develop as a leader and get ready to work in Manufacturing abroad
* Manage complex interdisciplinary projects with the mentor's support
* Contribute to the successful execution of projects by delivering technical expertise
* Create a better work environment

Requirements

• A Fresh Graduate student with a bachelor's degree


• From an Engineering Background (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Civil, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, etc..)


• Eager to travel and willing to relocate to another country as part of the program


• Showing excellent personal quality in continuous learning, an analytical thinker, believer of teamwork, have an achievement orientation, bright & creative mind, and up for challenges!


• Proficient in English
