RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
* Planning and processing of shipment through JDE inventory/ shop for Tools & re-work
* Coordinating with the warehouse supervisor to have the shipment picked and packed on time.
* Documents preparation (CIPL/Coo/attestation) for ready orders/shipments and screening before dispatch (visual compliance)
* Coordinating with the different BU, sales, compliance, Freight Forwarders and customers to ensure delivery is on time / pre alert to send immediately after shipment moved.
* As soon as bayan received/inspection done request duty payment to finance with proper approvals.
* Maintaining accurate data of shipping docs and bayan hard/soft copy.
* Negotiate with carriers and FF for the best rates and shipping schedule.
* Uplading the POD/incoming/outgoing records/tracking shipment sheet on the shared drive.
* Local movements for repairs and rework. Should have comprehensive knowledge of the temporary export and import regulation.
* Should have SABER experience to confirm SASO certificate & FASH.
* Reviewing incoming / outgoing FF financial invoices as per qoute & term, updating trucker sheet to avoid and duplicate or extra charges.
* Maintaining complete record of the temporary movement import / export and follow up until claim submission.
* Should be able to operate the ERP system i.e. JDE, TAT proficiently.
* Trouble Shoot and resolve day to day operational issues that prevent product flow.
* Prepare and maintain daily reports and data for management review.

Qualifications:
* Diploma degree or equivalent education
* 2 Years' experience in a related field.
Skills:
* Able to speak, read, write, and communicate very well in both English and Arabic languages.
* Writing letters, making reports, tracking, and filling information.
* Good skills in using Computer Applications in general.
* Dependable while dealing with confidential information.
* Work in challenging environment.
