Duties & Responsibilities:
* Day to day inspection and reporting activities
* Work in accordance with ARM QMS and HSE procedures& policies.
* Perform timely incoming inspection of capital equipment's and Electrical assemblies related to project.
* Understanding project requirements in accordance with applicable requirements, specifications and codes as agreed in the contract.
* Coordinate and witness the commissioning of various capital equipment of land rigs and maintain records.
* Knowledge of materials and methods used in electrical wiring and equipment installations.
* Attending customer complaints and initiating Corrective & Preventive action accordingly.
* Monitor the performance of all control activities and test on electrical systems and capital equipment's on land Rigs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to electrical quality control.
* Create Non-conformance reports (NCRs), when required. Provide marking and isolation of nonconforming products/ parts.
* Create disposition plan for every Non-conformance report, monitoring status of created NCRs and implementation of disposition.
* Re-inspect nonconforming products/ parts after repair/rework.
* Update calibration status of measuring & testing instruments.
* Ensure all required documentation are completed and reviewed for the projects completed.
* Participate in development of the commission plan, roles, and responsibilities. Implement commissioning plan.
* Need to perform duty as and when required by QC Supervisor and job priority
* Involve in internal and external audits.
* Perform another work-related task as assigned.
