Job Description



  • Able to swiftly and comprehensively install and assemble the machines of Starch Plant Mixers, extruders, cutters, Pulverizes, Vibro Sievers, compressors, Chiller, Dust collectors etc for the manufacturing of the drilling Starch.

  • Able to understand the faults and rectify problems of the above-mentioned machines.

  • Able to carry out maintenance work of all machines as per the instructions of the manufacturer.

  • Able to make the maintenance report and update to the plant Manager about all problems for running the machines.

  • Coordinate w Electricians, Operators, supervisors, assistants for smooth functioning of the plant to achieve the target.

  • Take the lead with safe working practices to ensure superior levels of safety and housekeeping are obtained - achieve zero lost time injuries during maintenance work.

  • Ensure standard work practices and procedures are followed.

  • Attend safety meetings and carry out Safety Observations.

  • Assis in the control of consumable and tooling usage to minimize wastage.


Skills



  • ‎4-‎5 Years of experience as a mechanical fitter in the manufacturing.

  • Previous work experience in different Starch plant is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of different welding techniques and its application.

  • ITI from a registered institute.

  • Communications and Working Relationships.

  • Good Verbal and written Communication Skills.

  • Good Knowledge of Fabrication of machines by cutting, welding etc.
