Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:
1. Getting feedback from reliever.
2. Take up all the jobs in absence of EAF foreman.
3. Asking shift foreman about the planning for the shift charge mix, furnace
gunning time, electrode change/other jobs
Handover the shift with ensuring that:*
* Gunning machine is full & in working position. *
* All equipment's are running well or informed
* Operational spares are ok
* Furnace is maintained
* Furnace is maintained
* Electrode changes have been taken up
* Hot heel is maintained
* Normal process cycle is on
* Manpower is ok for next shift
* Housekeeping is well condition
7. To assist shift Foreman.
8. To assist supervisor.
9. Inform shift foreman if any abnormality during shift.
10. Any assigned job by the seniors.
