Production & HSE Engineer - Dammam 2nd industry

Description

We at Arkaz are looking to hire a Production and HSE Engineer for our
Dammam facility. The Production and HSE engineer will look after monitoring
health and safety, assess risk, and design strategies to reduce potential
hazards within an assigned workplace. This position reports directly to the
Operations Manager.

Key Duties & Related Job Experience
Key Duties:

• Responsible for Production Planning, Inventory, and warehouse management


• Ensure sufficient availability of resources for inbound and outbound shipment handling


• Manage plant and external warehouses


• Fulfill all the necessary requirements of MODON, PME and other government bodies


• Key contact person for government regulatory bodies


• Know how of quality management system ISO9001, ISO14001


• Plant Housekeeping


• Thorough understanding of machines


• Safety in charge for plant


• Monitor and enforce standards of safety in compliance with Arkaz health & safety management system


• Review and inspect work areas determining potential occurrence of safety hazards


• In case of emergency, determine and investigate the cause of accident, establish report to prevent future occurrences.


• Develop and implement safety policies needed to reduce accident-related costs


• Develop safety plan and provide required training to team

Educational & experience Requirements

• Requirements:
  
  
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical, Chemical or Mechatronics.
  
  
  • ‎1-‎2 year experience in manufacturing setup
  
  
  • Certification or Diploma in Safety
  
  
  • NEBOSH is preferred
  
  
  • Prior experience in Dashboards (Power BI, Qlik)
  
  
  • Only SAUDI foreign qualified nationals
