Key Responsibilities:
General:

Responsible for quality, safety, health, and environmental aspects within
his/her competencies.
Support in the Corporate Social Responsibility tasks.
Support in new ISO Implementation, certification, and audit.
Quality management:
Responsible to prepare and document the quality management system, with
consideration of the company policies, processes, and local laws &
regulations.
Maintenance of the quality management system.
Monitoring the non-conformities preventive and corrective actions including
the product recalls.
Active participant of the continuous improvement process, support in
coordination of the company's improvement projects.
Documentation of related processes.
Assist the Line Manager for all quality related tasks.
Audit planning, conducting, and reporting:
Representing Quality during external audits.
Analysis of audit deviations and complaints then prepare, implement, and
monitor the action plan.
Assist and participate in meetings with official and certification
authorities. Complaint Management:
Manage the complaint management system including coordination of tasks
involved.
Suggest corrective and preventive actions in relation to the complaint
management system.
Traveling will be 10% of the time.
- The Quality Officer maintains the quality management system in
Endress+Hauser Middle East. Reports to: Regional Head of Quality, Business
Excellence & IT.
- Work Location: Saudi Arabia, Dammam & Jubail oficess .
Education and Experience : Bachelor 's degree in relevant field.
* 2-5 years of experience in same filed.
Languages: English: Social and business fluent / Arabic language: Would be an
advantage.
* Qualification as " Quality Management Officer " and certification experience preferred
* Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, & Complaint Management.
Competencies :
Experience in ISO 9001:2015 is necessary
Experience with MS office is necessary
* Experience in Process Modeling is necessary and BPMN is appreciated.
* Experience in SAP and Salesforce.com environment is appreciated
* Experience with MS Visio is appreciated.
