Business Analyst preferably in a similar industry. In this job, you will
report to the Director of Industrial Operations and work closely with internal
stakeholders, across the organization, as well as external stakeholders. Your
job will be to work with the Director on projects that will prepare Industrial
Operations for the future.
Principal responsibilities for this job are as below:
* Create SharePoint Portal to aid in coordination, follow-up and execution of the project
* Create Process flow charts for modified processes
* Update the project plan on a weekly basis
* Submit weekly project progress report
* Prepare presentations and summary reports as requested by the director
* Follow up all stakeholders both internal and stakeholders
* Organize meetings and discussions as necessary for the execution of the project
* Prepare action items based on the project plan and meetings
* Manage external stakeholders as and when necessary to execute the project and achieve goals
We are looking for:
1. A young professional having a Bachelor's degree in either Engineering or
Business Administration with around 5 years' experience
2. Experience should include managing stakeholders including those in the
senior tiers of the organization
3. Highly proficient in spoken and written Business English
4. MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) power user
5. Well-versed in SharePoint development
6. Experienced in creating and designing forms, reports, and process flow
charts
7. Experience working with ERP similar to SAP, Oracle and Infor.
