QC Inspector

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
* Provide Quality Control inspection support for manufacturing process control
* Incoming inspection and testing of raw materials
* Inspection of pipes during the manufacturing process.
* Maintain inspection log of every pipe produced.
* Identifying defects and acceptance criteria.
* Responsible for spooling the pipe of production reel.
* Extract and perform Samples for QC inspection and laboratory testing.
* Support the production team leader to control process parameters in producing quality pipes.
* Maintain a clean, organized work area.
* General maintenance of process equipment
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Key
* High school or equivalent - Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
* ‎2 or more years of experience working in quality control and inspection, preferably in fiberglass pipe industry.
* Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
* Ability to communicate in English and make inspection reports. (Arabic language would be added advantage)
* Experience & Knowledge working with QMS.

Qualifications: (Education/No. of Years of Experience):
* High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum ‎2 years of working experience
* Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
* Basic knowledge products, manufacturing, inspection and testing
* Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
* Ability to communicate in English and make inspection reports. (Arabic language would be added advantage)
