As a Cold Store Coordinator for Maersk in Saudi Arabia Area you are
responsible to drive cold storage footprint growth and profitability in the
Area by translating global strategy and initiatives into execution plans. You
will be required to build capable teams, assist with commercial customer
contracts, optimize cold store operations and maintain senior supplier
management relationships.

This role reports directly into the Cold Store Site Manager
Who we are looking for
* Bachelor diploma or high school diploma.
* Warehouse work experience is a plus.
* English language knowledge is a must
* Must be able to communicate with senior leadership
* Must be able to communicate and interact with different ethnicity groups.
* Intermediate level of computer skills, to include, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
* A commitment to continuous improvement in an ever-changing industry
* At times may be required on significantly extended shift hours based on business need.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure Customer contract requirements are understood and utilized to meet business expectations.
* Maximize the performance of the site warehouse management system to ensure all orders are being process as per the SOPs and as per agreed SLA with clients.
* Ensure all client orders and request are communicated in a timely manner to the operation team.
* Work in collaboration with all stake holders of the account in case of escalation, feedback, issue resolutions and more.
* Understand the full operation cycle of client order (inbound and outbound) to be able to attend client request.
* Proper utilization of systems
* Manage a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for Associates.
* Ensure company policies are communicated, administered and enforced.
* Participate in the management, training, and development of cold store multi-skill teams (blue and white collars)
* Ensure adherence to HSSE standards on site
