Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a lab admin to join our growing team in
Dammam Second Industrial area in KSA . This is a great opportunity to develop
your professional career within a Global TIC business.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing document
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
* Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing, WIP update and budget tracking
* Provide administrative support for operations team (e.g. purchasing, obtaining quotes from supplier, subcontract job follow up, shipment follow up. Etc.)
* New clients agreement creation in LIMS
* Follow up for subcontract analysis
* Follow up on shipments
Skills / Qualifications:
* Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* 2+ years' experience working in an office setting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong knowledge of computer software
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
* Customer-service oriented
* Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
* Saudi national ready to work in Dammam second Industrial area , KSA
