needs of the Eastern Province and the Gulf population delivering the following
Core Competencies: Oncology, Multi-Organ Transplant, Neurosciences and
Cardiology. The hospital also offers subspecialty services in Haematology,
Rehabilitation, Nuclear Medicine, Radiotherapy, Urology and many more.
This hospital serves around 300,000 outpatients and 10,000 inpatients each
year by highly trained and qualified medical and clinical staff from different

If you wish to apply for this position, you will require the following to
qualify as a consultant with this institution, and as per the licensing
authorities:
* 3 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital
* 3 years post specialist qualification experience from the following countries:
UK - CCT
USA - American Board
Canada - Canadian Fellowship
Ireland - CSD/CSCST
Australia & New Zealand (Fellowship)
France - DES/DESC
Other European countries according to the qualification equivalence tables of
the SCFHS.
Salary: SR to be advised based on Hejra Calender
Contract Duration: One year (renewable)
Contract Status: Married (if required) Self, spouse & 2 children (to 18yrs)
Accomodation: Provided free of charge - fully furnished
Ultilities: Provided free of charge
Flights: Business Class at start & end of contract year
Vacation: 30 days annually + 10 days Local holidays
Emergency Leave: 5 days a year which can be added to leave if not used
Study Leave: up to 10 days a year with maximum SR 15,000 allowance
Medical Cover: Provided or self & family
Transport: As required for work purposes
Hours of Work: 48 hrs a week (approx 07.30 - 16.30)
