Legal Officer
We are searching for an experienced Legal Officer at our MSC AD DAMMAM
facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support to the company in various corporate matters,
ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and government requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and
operations, to provide legal support and guidance on various business
initiatives.
Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the
company's operations, and proactively advise management on potential legal
risks and implications.
Main point of contact with the company's Lawyer and Represent the company when
needed in the court of law for legal matters.
Take the lead on investigation process, write down investigation reports,
suggest the legal action needed, follow-up, and keep the record of the
investigations conducted.
Draft and review agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and be the legal voice
for the organization to highlight business risks and recommend alternate
options to mitigate them.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in law,
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate.
* Good command of Arabic and English both spoken and written.
* Highly proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with local law, legal procedures, and protocols.
* Familiarity with international law "English Law".
* Be able to analyses and draw conclusions.
