Job Description - Recruitment Officer
Aljabr Holding is looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our team in
Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is an entry-level role responsible for sourcing,
interviewing, and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate is a team player
who is able to manage multiple tasks, with strong communication skills and
fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the recruitment process,
from the initial interview to onboarding. This role will collaborate with
managers to identify future hiring needs. The successful candidate will have a
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with 0-2 years of
experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, and HR management. It would
be beneficial for the candidate to have HR certification.
The Recruitment Officer should possess the following:
* Excellent communication skills
* Talent acquisition, HR management, communication, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks
* HR certification (preferred)
Fluency in English is a must.
Saudi Nationals are preferred.
