As an HR Intern at Ecolab, you will have the unique opportunity to gain

work closely with our talented HR professionals and be exposed to a wide range
of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR
analytics. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the

What You Will Do:
* Assist in the recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, evaluating applicants and employee mobilization.
* Support employee onboarding till offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and enhance the employee experience.
* Assist in maintaining HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
* Collaborate with HR partners to address employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolve employee relations matters.
* Contribute to HR analytics projects, helping to gather and analyze data to drive meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
* Perform other tasks as needed assigned by line manager.
What We Are Looking For:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and society.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global organization.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
