Duties & Responsibilities:
* Day to day inspection and reporting activities.
* Work in accordance with ARM QMS and HSE procedures & policies.
* Supporting warehouse and spares team in monitoring, identification, and traceability process.
* Assisting QC supervisor in day-to-day QC activities
* Perform timely incoming and outgoing inspection (materials, steel structures, capital equipment, mechanical parts) and maintain the records.
* Review and approval of supplier documents.
* Identification of defective material found during inspection and raise NCR's.
* Coordinating with the purchasers/quality/warehouse for the disposition of the items.
* Working for collecting the desired documentation for the shipment from supplier.
* Visiting suppliers for monitoring ongoing jobs and to resolve the current issues.
* Provide relevant documentation (hard or soft) to customer along with shipment.
* Perform visual and dimensional inspection as required per Drawing and Specs.
* Support service team for FST technical rig visit and issuing COC/SOF as per customer requirements.
* Maintain and upload all document in DMS (RigDocs) in relevant cases.
* Monitoring and maintaining the measurement instrument / equipment calibration up to date.
* Register NCR, CAR/ PAR entry into System.
* Involvement in Internal and External audits.
* Maintain a working knowledge of government, Saudi Aramco and industrial quality codes and standards.
* Preparation and review of Final Dossiers to customer.
* Perform another work-related task as assigned.
