- Civil Estimation and Quantity Survey Engineer

search of a proficient and motivated Civil Estimation and Quantity Survey
Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil projects, ensuring
alignment with project specifications and requirements.
- Perform comprehensive quantity surveys to precisely determine resource
needs and materials for tendering purposes.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to understand project nuances and
provide cost-effective strategies.
- Analyze project plans, blueprints, and technical documents to establish
accurate scope and estimation parameters.
- Oversee and manage project costs, variations, and expenditure throughout
project lifecycle.
- Maintain thorough documentation and records related to estimation and
quantity surveying activities.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and
contractors to ensure streamlined project progression.

\- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations \- Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs \- Undertaking complex calculations \- Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
\- Civil engineer with 5 years’ experience in civil earth work, roads and infrastructure
\- Strong interpersonal skills to work with team - members, clients and suppliers \- Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and make - better deals for the company \- Good attention to detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate
