(QSHE)**

About our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QSHE) Graduate
Programme

Our QSHE Graduate Development Programme is challenging, and designed to
deliver training, practical experience, and knowledge across the breadth of
quality and food safety activities and systems deployed at our production
facilities. You will work closely with other functions such as Operations,
Supply Chain and Engineering and building a network across the broader Kerry
QSHE Community.

This is a structured programme, where you will rotate across a minimum of two
manufacturing sites with different process technologies, manufacturing
different products and service different end markets. The purpose of the role
is to deliver successful and experienced professionals who are equipped to
successfully move into a managerial role at the end of the two-year programme.
You will receive the support of a mentor, and leadership to ensure your
development stays on track.

Denmark - Glamsbjerg
Spain - Sevilla, Vigo, Talayuela

What you could be doing

There are two streams - Quality and Health and Safety and activities will vary
depending on the stream you join but could include:

• Quality and food safety projects


• Product and process improvements through the implementation and analysis of designed experiments and capability studies.


• Risk assessments


• How to establish, track & trend, and take action to key performance indicators


• Quality and food safety Systems: structure and levels, managing, updating, and adding to the system.


• Environmental compliance and protection systems, Environmental standards, including ISO14001


• Auditing & inspections


• Quality Control, working on Product specifications, analytical procedures, sampling programs and control systems to ensure that these are appropriate, meeting system capability and achieve key consumer requirements.

What you need to apply

• A degree, ideally in Food Technology, Health Safety and Environmental, Science or another related field


• A passion for food industry, and especially for food safety and quality


• Fluent in English and in the language of the country you are applying to.
