Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join
our dynamic team in water and wastewater business. As a key member of our New
Product Development department, you will be instrumental in driving the
development and design of our groundbreaking mechanical systems, components,
and products.

Job Responsibilities



  • Lead and contribute to the design and development of new mechanical systems, components, and products from concept to commercialization.

  • Utilize advanced engineering techniques, including simulation and analysis, to optimize mechanical performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration and execution of new product development projects.

  • Generate innovative design concepts, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to validate feasibility and functionality.

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of emerging technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Perform comprehensive testing, validation, and verification of mechanical designs, documenting results and making necessary design modifications.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.


Background & Skills



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field who is new graduated or with ‎2-‎3 years of experience.

  • Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and concepts, with a focus on new product development.

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, NX) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS) for design and analysis.

  • Experience with rapid prototyping techniques and familiarity with additive manufacturing technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and analytically.

  • Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and successfully completing projects.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Prefer experience in new product development or relevant internships is preferred.
