Meet your new team
As our new Junior Performance and Data Specialist, you will be a part of the
new organizational set-up in the Global S &OP and Master Data Team. You will
report to the Global Performance Specialist. In this position, there is
required limited travel, but it may occur for training or business meetings.


On a daily basis, you will create and monitor Operations KPI's visualization
tools. Thereby providing decision support and insights by organizing data,
developing tools, and creating and visualizing cross-functional reports. You
will support the Sales and Operations related functions, Demand & Supply
Planning, as well as the Product Management Team on the pricing element.


About the position
As the new Junior Performance and Data Specialist you will be working closely
with different internal key stakeholders at various levels. Your main focus
will be on creating and developing analytical tools to support key business
decisions, through collaboration with stakeholders in the whole organization.


Furthermore, the role will entail:
* Provide recommendations to stakeholders, executives and business team members
* Ensure the performance and development of business operations
* Work with all stakeholders at different levels to identify, collect data and resolve issues
* Highlighting visual information through automated dashboards for the end users
* Understanding data models to improve Oterra's performance through KPIs and tools
* Work collaboratively with IT to increase the value of the company's data
* Perform data mining, build comprehensive process maps and create master databases. This includes advanced statistical/relational analysis of large data sets to identify and correct inconsistencies and anomalies
* Review and update data with reports to support the evaluation of emergency incidents and accident procedures
* Keep abreast of the latest research and developments in business intelligence and data analysis.
* Conducts quality checks on data quality, including validation of delay information and support of formalized auditing activities
* Analyse product and customer financial performance.
* Provide view on product and customer trends and recommend tactical changes
* Ensure communication of all relevant demand information to the supply chain, CS and Commercial teams as appropriate.


Who are we looking for?
You are an expert in PowerBI, Excel and other analytical tools. You love
interacting and engaging with internal senior stakeholders and can communicate
effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels.


To succeed in this role, you also have:
* Customer service orientation to meet and drive value to our customer
* Analytical skills to investigate operating issues and recommend solutions
* Can thrive in an environment, where a lot needs to be done, and you enjoy putting structure to processes
* Capability to convert business rules & data transformation logic into data processing code (e.g. Visual Basic Application, R studio, SQL scripting, Python)
* You must master MS Office (e.g. Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint,)
* Knowledge of SAP ‎4/HANA, SAP Fiori and MS Power Platform package will be a plus
* Expert in Power BI (Power Query M , Dax and visualization) & Power automate flows
* Fluent in English, oral and written. Knowledge of one of the following languages Danish, Italian, Spanish or French is an advantage
* Completion of a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics and Data Engineering, Economics, Machine learning or related field, or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent
* Minimum ‎2 years' progressive experience in conducting quantitative analysis and development of dashboards/reports. Experience gathering, tracking and analysing data
