Job Purpose
* Lead the Day-to-Day deliverables (EHS /Quality/ Service/ cost / people) in compliance with GSK standards (Safety / Quality).
* Ensure the discipline and rules implementation
* Supervise & utilize the resources for all work activities in all WorkCentre
* Responsiveness' in reporting & solving for operational problems
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for Timely production of good quality product in safe manner. *
* Supervision of all production dept. activities line operation with good efficiency and labor control. *
* Provide guidance to a team of production Foremen/Line Leaders/Machine Operators
* Collate and supply data to facilitate preparation of daily /monthly production and productivity
* Report any machinery malfunctions to Engineering department
* Utilize the area resources to ensure the efficiency of the process and targets delivery
* Understanding and contributing to overall VS Plans
* Managing conflicting priorities in the area that support the business.
* Ensure that the continuous updating in the all operating procedures to fulfill all the regulations (safety/ Quality)
* Reducing waste, inventory and cycle time across their operations *
* Influencing the strategy through GPS & Tiered escalation.

Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Science, Commerce, Law, Science, Engineering, .
* ‎1 year experience in solid manufacturing area
* knowledge of GMP industry. *
* Ability to solve operational problems quickly. *
* Good supervision and communication skills. *
* Ability to train operators and provide them with right direction-
* Computer Skills-
* Fluent English
