About your role
Asseco SEE is looking for Account Manager/Business Development Manager
responsible to extend Asseco SEE strategic visibility and presence on
international markets, primarly in Egypt. It involves development of new
business by strengthening collaboration with existing international clients
and driving revenues from new customers on target markets.
Asseco SEE is offering own solutions for Banking IT & Business, including
Core banking, Omnichannel FrontEnd solution, Banking Security portfolio
(Authentication/Antifraud) and Business Intelligence.


Why is the job exciting? As Account/Business Development Manager you will:
Lead sales process of banking solutions in international territories
Identify and develop new business for new clients and partners on
international markets
Create effective and specific international business development plans to
ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
Coordinate all sales activities and manage resources within the sales cycle to
ensure deal profitability
Plan and execute the whole sales process of selected solutions (prepare
proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analysis, etc.)
Plan and execute up-sell and cross-sell activities directly or though partners
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners based
on knowledge of market needs
Proactive communication with customer on all levels (CxO, Retail Manager,
Direct channels manager, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Board Members)
Create and lead local and virtual sales teams
Monitor potential prospects
Create customer's events for improving sales activities
Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline for assigned
territories
Provide necessary sales support during post-sales period
About you
Desired Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor/ Master's in a technical or business discipline (e.g. FER,
FOI, EFZG)


Language:
Arabic - Native/bilingual speaker
English - Advanced level allowing fluent communication, making presentations,
preparing complex written statements and documents associated with performed
tasks


We are looking for someone who has:
‎5+ years of experience in B2B IT sales (Software Solution Sales, Account
Management, Partner Network Cooperation)
Knowledge of a international business development process (market
segmentation, decision makers, customer needs, competition in the accounts)
Knowledge of banking solutions- desirable
Strong experience of developing and maintaining a sufficient pipeline and
achieving sales quotas
Proven track of sales in banking industry- desirable
Excellent presentation, negotiation and time management skills, strong
communication skills
Willingnes to travel internationally (up to ‎50% of work time)
