Act as a strategic business partner to Nissan Motor Egypt in financial
planning & analysis. prepare budget, rolling Forecast, support revenue
maximization and cost optimization objectives.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management report reflecting actual achievements by collecting data from each function.
* Analyze operating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by making separate analysis for: (actual vs budget, forecast & previous year).
* Control functions activities through performing monthly reviews to validate performance vs. budgets, in addition to updated forecast and assist business partners, sort out ways for cost saving and performance improvement to make timely strategic decisions in business operations.
* Report budget & forecast Free Cash Flow.
* Responsible for HFM submissions for actual, forecast and budget separately.
* Report & monitor cost control for vehicles manufacturing cost and report it to GHQ.
* Control G&A & M&S spending, highlight & report any deviation vs plan.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with 1-3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
* Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP & IFRS.
* Knowledge of economic, accounting principles and practices, in addition to the financial markets, banking, analysis and reporting of financial data.
Competencies & Skills
* Deadline-Oriented with ability to prioritize and organize work to meet objectives and identify and deal with problems.
* Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.
* Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
* Has ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
* Strong communication, influencing and conflict management skills.
* Accustomed to handling sensitive, confidential records.
* ERP software (SAP) background is preferred
* Competent MS Office Skills
