Duties & Responsibilities:
Storing, and shipping goods on SAP in addition to overseeing the different
warehousing processes and operations to ensure compliance with the good
storage practices and specifications. Overseeing regular preventive and
corrective maintenance activities at all warehouses while reviewing inventory
records and statistics to maintain the optimal level of inventory within
Hikma's warehouses.
* Receiving, shipping and storage to ensure high productivity on SAP.
* Implement good storage practices and specifications.
* Implement preventive and corrective maintenance activities at all warehouses.
* Review and check on warehouse stock and implement warehouse management system (WMS)
* Following up on updating different Warehouse function transactions to the SAP System
* Overseeing all safety measure implementation and follow maintain all safety tools in warehouse.
* Overseeing all warehouse forklift and equipment in good status and used with in GSP rules.
* Implement stock count with warehouse team on quarterly basis.
* Overseeing warehouse cleaning processes according to W.H cleaning SOP
* Implement Datalogger records checklist.
* Review all HIKMA export process, packing list , packaging process & shipping.
* Receive all promotional materials from supplier.
* Prepare destruction list for all expired finished products.
Qualification:
* Diploma or High Institute degree.
* Good in English language & Computer skills.
* 5:6 years of experience in a related position
