Business Development Specialist Internal Projects

eMarketing Egypt is looking for Business development Specialist Internal
Projects with the following qualifications:
- Very Good in English Language, presentable, attention to details, excellent communication and organizational skills.
- ‎1 year minimum experience in tele sales or any similar position
- Knowledge of MS. Office applications (mainly MS. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint).
- Active listening.
- Punctuality in time.
- A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
- Females only
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new leads through different channels.
- Contact potential or existing customers to convince them with our services.
- Follow-up on sales inquiries via phone and/or email.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
