The firm is searching for a full-time Office Manager/Personal Assistant that
is capable of providing individual secretarial, research and administrative help in a professional and organized manner. The ideal applicant will collaborate one-on-one with the company's CEO on a range of functions relevant to the company's multiple sectors.
Responsibilities:
Experienced with research, data analysis and presentational skills.
Reporting to top management and handling secretarial and administrative tasks.
Data entry, database maintenance, and record keeping.
Scheduling appointments and reminders.
Organizing work documents, as well as taking notes.
Preparing and scheduling meetings and events.
Handling emails, calls and courier services.
Following professional business standards.
Essential qualifications:
Bachelor degree.
Fluent in English and Arabic is a MUST.
Minimum work experience needed.
Good communication, research and presentation skills.
Good time management and organization skills.
Resourceful and can handle all office duties.
Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
