Job Description



  • This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance monitoring/controlling activities of a building management system to monitor and control multiple sites from a central platform.
    Key KPIs include:

  • Handling the operation activities in a professional manner.

  • Responding to emergency operation requests.

  • Communication with other O&M teams.

  • Perform operation and maintenance monitoring/controlling activities for the building management system.

  • Handle daily operation tasks.

  • Handle maintenance requests with the building teams.

  • Follow up with O&M teams regarding routine activities


Personal Skills



  • Bachelor's / Diploma degree in the electrical/communication field.

  • ‎2-‎4 years of experience in BMS operation.


Technical Skills



  • Good understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings/systems.

  • Good understanding of HVAC processes and building automation systems.

  • Good understanding of building management operation activities.

  • Good computer skills.

  • Good speaking and writing skills in English & Arabic

  • Saudi National Only
