The Quality Engineer Intern will be r esponsible to execute the day-to-day
production targets, working as team member in the execution of customer
orders. The Intern will also be responsible for delivering high quality
products to our customers by ensuring the required standards are met, working
with the team leader to monitor the Quality Management System.
What will be my primary responsibilities in this role:
* Control Quality Management System documents list and QMS documents access list
* Control and identify the documents of external origin determined by the organization to be necessary for the planning and operation of the quality management system.
* Verify the received material based on IRI requests against Customer PO and Part number requirement and raise NCR if any observation found.
* Perform In-process and fished goods inspection/testing as per IPO and product work instruction.
* Raise RFT Final Inspection if any NC found during in-process/Final Inspection/Testing.
* Improve suppliers and factories performance and awareness on compliance to IPO requirements.
* Perform final inspection activities to assure the conformity of fished goods to all requirements, then release the materials with their relevant required documents to logistics for shipment.
* Confirm that Equipment are calibrated on time and no overdue equipment are in use.
* Register non-conformity reports with assuring a proper closure.
* Adjust and supervise internal audit plan, notice, reports, and training.
What do I need to qualify for this role:
* Currently studying towards or have recently acquired a Mechanical Engineering Degree
* Fluency in the English Language is a plus
