Job Description

Assist all engineering superintendents and subcontractors and ensure
compliance to all project schedule and budgets and evaluate all associated
equipment's and workforce to meet all design requirements.

• Identify and resolve all technical issues in projects and ensure efficient interpretation of all design drawings and install all Quality Control procedures in projects.


• Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects according to schedule and specifications.


• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules.


• Oversee day-to-day field activities.


• Conduct employee orientations and safety meetings


• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.

Skills
