Tasks and Responsibilities as Payroll Accountant-ME
Payroll Processing
* The processing of monthly payroll for the region.
* The processing of out of cycle payments for project-based employees across the region
Leave Tracking
* Tracking the leave balances of the region and providing a monthly update to the HR department on the leave balances of the employees.
* Tracking and processing of unpaid leaves
Gratuity Calculation & Processing
* Calculating the gratuity of leavers in accordance to the local labor laws
General Administrative Support
* To provide support to HR in ensuring payroll system records are aligned with the HRIS database
* Provide additional support if required by both HR and Finance.
