Job brief
As a Graphic designer at San3a Tech, you'll lead, produce, and create designs
that tell our story, promote our products, and enhance our brand. We are
looking for someone who is interested and experienced in marketing, digital
media, and social media. You are a storyteller, with a passion for sharing and
creating these stories through designs. Designs will be used for online
mediums like in emails, websites, blogs, and social media sites, or for
printing like in roll ups, posters and brochures.
Responsibilities
* Study design briefs and determine requirements
* Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
* Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
* Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
* Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
* Test graphics across various media
* Amend designs after feedback
* Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
* Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
* Follow company's brand guidelines
Requirements:
The position requires the candidate to be creative in producing visual content
and to have the technical knowledge and aptitude to work with digital
designing programs.
* Proven graphic designing and branding experience is a MUST (2 years or more).
* A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
* Working experience with design software and technologies (such as Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* A keen eye for aesthetics and details
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
* Good knowledge of social media and audience engagement
* Ability to work independently and under close direction
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
* Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field and experience in photography and After Effects is a plus.
