Role Summary
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic TV and Digital Media Specialist
to join the Egypt marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and
implementing all targeted content for various media platforms (TV/Digital) and
research, write, proofread, and edit all media content, implement and manage
media campaigns, and deliver public relations and communications plans.
What's On Your Plate?
* As a social media specialist, you will create and implement social media strategy in line with the business and brand objectives.
* Create and manage the social media calendar.
* Manage presence on core channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other similar community sites, in line with marketing and key messages for all channels.
* Creating engaging & relevant social media content; videos or series of videos
* Responsible on day to day posting on social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)
* Boosting & promoting social media assets to relevant audience across FB/IG & TikTok.
* Measure and report performance of all TV and digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
* Design, build and maintain our social media presence. (Boosting/PM/etc..)
* Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights on Digital platforms.
* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies on Digital platforms.
* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
* Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
* Importantly, stay on top of social media trends and participate in relevant trends immediately.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and digital media marketing.
* Proven working experience in digital media marketing.
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
* Strong communication skills.
* Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
* Flexible and willing to go out of your comfort zone.
