Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Housekeeping
Manager in effectively managing all areas of the Housekeeping department. This
is a part time role that will require early morning starts and weekend work.
Duties
* Check cleaned rooms to ensure they meet hotel standard
* Train and motivate team members on a daily basis
* Ensure room cleaning productivity is monitored and maintained
* Room allocations for all staff on a daily basis
* Assist with lost property requests from guests
* Handle & resolve guest complaints
* Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests are met

Qualifications

• Opera PMS experience highly desirable


• Customer service experience


• Strong verbal & written communication skills


• Proven ability to learn & adapt quickly


• Proven ability to work unsupervised


• Efficient time management skills and able to juggle multiple tasks
