JESS Arabian Ranches is seeking a dedicated, dynamic, well qualified,
experienced and highly committed Coach with Rugby specialisation. The
successful candidate will have the ability to extend, challenge and develop
our most able performers, as well as possessing the ability to inspire and
nurture a love for sport in every pupil in the school.
As a recently qualified or experienced Sports Coach, the post holder should be
able to contribute to the wider school Sport programme by supporting one or
more School sports. Coaches who are willing to commit whole heartedly to wider
school life will be at a distinct advantage.
The role involves the following;
* Coaching and running teams
* Will be responsible for a key area of the Rugby programme (Lead Coach)
* Able to deliver Strength and Conditioning
* Coaching groups in specialised topic areas
* Being involved in after school and weekend fixtures
* Being an integral part of the department and wider school community
* The ability to coach and take teams in other sports
* To contribute to the wider games curriculum
* To coach and teach across different year groups (primary and secondary)
