Deira International school is seeking to hire experienced Learning
Assistants to join in August ‎2022.

About the role:
To actively promote a positive approach to learning and wellbeing in assisting
and leading classroom activities and routines.

Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire a love of learning in all children
* Support a range of students within the school in improving their social skills, gross and fine motor skills and subject knowledge
* Lead sessions with groups of students, carefully differentiating and assessing progress
* Supervise students in class, between classes, during lunch and break times
* Assist teachers in preparing for lessons
* Effectively respond to the needs of the children by providing appropriate intervention to enable them to overcome any barriers to learning
* Ensure the classroom environment meets policy and standards for safety, cleanliness and general high standards

About the person:
* Excellent communication skills
* ‎2 years of experience working with primary aged children
* Passionate about student progress
