Next Generation Early Learning Standards, knowledge of the American curriculum
is not essential, as training will be provided.

* Be a degree level qualified teacher (Primary or Early Years)
* Possess recent successful experience of teaching in Early Years
* Have a flexible approach with a can-do ethos, be driven to achieve results and possess boundless enthusiasm
* Have a diverse set of skills that will enable you to be flexible working both indoors and outdoors
* Be an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn
