In this role you will be responsible for:
Ensuring smooth functioning of DXB office by completing administrative tasks
in coordination with HR, Finance, IT, Housing and other relevant stakeholders
Monitor and follow-up administrational issues related to the commercial
organization, take the necessary approvals for outstations, and head office HR
administration.
Tasks and Duties:
a. Coordinates administrational issues for the commercial organization,
including any office moves within the commercial department with the relevant
departments in Germany.
b. Monitors and follows up the department and outstations budget and analyzes
deviations in coordination with the relevant departments, for information to
the commercial directors.
d. Carries out other similar or related duties such as maintaining related
references and records properly, etc.
Requirement:
a. Bachelor 's degree in Administration of Science, Commerce or equivalent.
b. Minimum 4 years' experience in administrational, or similar airline
environment.
