Are you a talented and passionate teacher with expertise in KS2 with
experience of teaching a British curriculum?
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver dynamic and innovative lessons in KS2.
* Utilise diverse teaching methods and instructional materials to engage students and enhance understanding.
* Design and update the math curriculum to align with educational standards and goals.
* Offer enrichment activities and challenges for high-achieving students.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
* Establish and enforce rules and procedures to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
* Track and analyse student performance to identify areas for improvement and tailor instruction accordingly.
* Communicate student progress to parents and guardians through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings.
* Incorporate educational technology and online resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
* Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on new methodologies, curriculum changes, and advancements in the field of teaching.
* Inspire and motivate students to develop a positive attitude toward school and their own learning.
* Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and a growth mindset among students.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
* Teaching Diploma / PGCE and relevant experience in teaching Primary Education.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* A genuine passion for the arts and a commitment to nurturing students' artistic growth.
