YOUR MISSION ______
The Marketing team is part of Parfums Christian Dior Emirates, based in
Dubai, and ensures the international innovations plan is implemented in the
UAE market.
As Marketing Executive, you will drive the retailtainment strategy and
plan by taking the lead in all consumer events and overseeing its execution in
boutiques and key retailers in alignment with international launch plan.
Your main missions will be :
* To lead, plan and implement the event strategy for Dior in the UAE: from conceptualizing events to its full execution (supplier selection and briefing, production follow-up, marketing elements ordering, participation in events, collection of feedback and reports)
* To research opportunities in order to engage with clients, increase brand loyalty while preserving brand image and identity
* To manage and coordinate with concerned parties the development and production of marketing materials as leaflets, visuals, editions.
* To prepare the yearly budget of the on-counter events plan; track the expenses, and ensure the budget is respected.
* Analyze ROI performances of events and set up an adapted action
* Build a strong relationship with our retailers, malls and with our field teams
PROFILE
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Marketing position
* Proficient user of the MS Office packoffice
* Fluent in English, French and Arabic are a plus
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
* Creative, innovative thinking and pro-active attitude
* Rigorous with strong project management skills
* Adaptable and diligent: high priority on accuracy and adherence to timeframes
