Roles and Responsibilities
Perform the Audit Log review for the assigned applications, Separations and
Transfers uploading within the SLA of 1 working day.
Assist Team Leader in monthly Dormancy process
Will have to respond to end user queries on priority
Ensure that the Work is in accordance with the QC Processes
Adhere to the processes and SOP defined
Evaluate requests based on risk
Responsible for understanding / learning Audit Review and other assigned tasks
in QC unit
