CCTV Operator at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah

Ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information is at the
heart of every day-to-day IHG experience. To keep things running smoothly,
we're searching for a proactive and passionate CCTV Operator to operate and
monitor all systems, including CCTV, within the control room in a professional
and efficient manner.. Sound familiar?
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
* Report directly and explain with details if any problem arising or malfunctioning property or equipment to superior or log book
* Implement procedures for security and emergency incidents
* To report equipment failure to the security supervisor to maximize operation of the system.
* Assist in conducting investigations and prepare accompanying investigation reports for cases which occur within the Hotel
* To operate and monitor all systems within the control room in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with security operating procedure, legislation and Raffles code of practice/ethics
What We need from you:
* Minimum ‎2 years' experience in a similar capacity in a ‎5 star hotel
* Knowledge of operation of the CCTV system
* Great communication skills
* You'll be a team player, proactive, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
